Outlook 2003 Setup

This tutorial shows you how to set up Microsoft Outlook to work with your I20Access e-mail account. The focus is on setting up Microsoft Outlook 2003, but these settings are similar in other versions of Microsoft Outlook. You can set up previous versions of Microsoft Outlook by using the settings in this tutorial.

To setup your e-mail account in Microsoft Outlook, first select Tools and then click on E-mail Accounts...
On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.
For your Server Type, select POP3 and click Next to continue.
On the Internet E-mail Settings(POP3) window, enter the information as follows:
Your Name
Enter the name you want to appear on e-mails you send
E-Mail Address
Enter your full e-mail address provided by I20Access
User Name
Enter your full e-mail address again
Password
Provide the password provided by I20Access
Incoming mail server (POP3)
Enter mail.i20a.com as your incoming mail server
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
Enter mail.i20a.com as your outgoing mail server
Check the box "Remember password" to avoid having to provide your password each time you send mail.

Ensure that the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" is not checked.

You may click Test Account Settings... to send and receive a test e-mail to ensure the information entered is correct.

Click Next.
Congrats! You have correctly configured Microsoft Outlook 2003. Click Finish to use your account.
