malware, and adware. Additionally the hard drive will be

| Operating System Install
|
| When a hard drive fails or your current system is badly
corrupted, it is sometimes necessary to replace your operating
system completely. When the need arises, we install a new
operating system using your existing license. All installs
include current service packs, current drivers, an antivirus
package, and software to control spyware. No other software is
included.

| Replacement of hardware includes the price of the item (modem,
video card, netword card, etc.) and the normal in-house service
charge is $60 per hour with a half hour minimum.

| Data Backup

| We can backup or recover your data to a DVD (4.7 GB) for $50.
